The new ZEBRA LI4278 1D barcode reader is a wireless imager using bluetooth. In addition to scanning 1D barcodes, it can also read them on other media, such as smartphones or displays.

The LI4278 is backwards compatible with its key accessory - the cradle - which also works with its cousins, the LS4278 and DS6878. By optimising its battery power, this reader delivers the highest number of reads per battery charge in its class to handle scan-intensive applications.

The LI4278 barcode reader can be used in dusty and humid environments and withstand a 1.8m drop.
